Accessibility Statement
Medovyx is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including elderly users and people with disabilities.
Medovyx is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including elderly users and people with disabilities.
Our goal is to ensure every elder and caregiver can use Medovyx comfortably, regardless of ability or device.
Medovyx is designed with elderly users at the center. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and continuously work to improve the experience for all users, including those with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments.
All pages use large font sizes and high-contrast colors to ensure comfortable reading for elderly users and those with low vision. Text scales properly with browser zoom settings.
All interactive elements — buttons, links, and forms — are fully accessible via keyboard. Users can navigate the entire platform without a mouse.
Our color palette is carefully chosen to meet contrast ratio requirements, making content clearly visible for users with color blindness or low vision.
All buttons and interactive areas are large enough for easy tapping on mobile and tablet devices, designed specifically for elderly users with limited dexterity.
Our pages use semantic HTML, ARIA labels, and descriptive alt text on images to ensure compatibility with screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
The emergency SOS button is prominently placed and requires minimal interaction — designed so that anyone, regardless of ability, can call for help instantly.
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of our platform are still being improved:
